As part of our journey to get out of debt, I have been trying to figure out ways to save money without
a.) eating exclusively rice & beans
b.) moving into a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment…
both of which would obviously save us hundreds if not thousands of dollars each year.
Most of the ideas I’ll share about saving money are not legendary. They’re just simple things that add up to at least $100 over the course of a year. My initial goal was to share 50 things to save you $100 per year, totaling $5,000 in savings if you were to do each of these things consistently for a year. When I started brain-storming and number-crunching though, I realized most of them actually save way over $100 each. Turns out, many save you at least $200 annually, and you’d save over $10,000 if you do them all for a year!
I’ll catalog all the posts here so you can come back and check this page regularly.
