I used to be a music teacher, which means I’m secretly (or not-so-secretly) a huge dork. I combined my dorky love for spreadsheets + grocery planning to make these 4 handy dandy printable meal planning calendars. They’re FREE!! Hopefully they’ll help you grocery shop like a boss.

Here is a post about how I meal plan for the month & here is my most-recent post about 10 easy ways to save money at the grocery store without coupons.
Meal Planning Calendars
This is the monthly meal planning calendar I’ve shared on my blog before. I’ve used this one for a while by writing in the dates for whatever month it is. I usually write what I want to have around for breakfast, lunch, and snacks in the notes on the side.
And here’s a monthly calendar with a spot for breakfast, lunch & dinner… for those of you who are extremely detailed.
Here’s a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks Meal Plan for 2 Weeks at a Time. You fill in the rainbow boxes with which day of the week you start your meal plan on. If you print in black & white, you get no rainbow boxes. Womp womp. 😉
What do you think? Rainbows make meal-planning more fun… #amiright?
